Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating office operations of the department, maintaining office forms and procedures, and assisting with administrative tasks in the Department of Nursing Administration. He/she may handle confidential information and must manage documents with strict confidentiality while adhering to NUHS core values, putting patients first, and working closely with partners including families, volunteers and organizations.
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned to meet changing conditions.
Primary Responsibilities (80%)- Provides clerical and administrative support in the following:
- Maintains and updates staff personal records
- Distributes monthly new hire postings
- Answers phone calls, handles enquiries, conveys messages
- Oversees and distributes incoming and outgoing mails
