Job Description: To mend the front desk and attend to donors. To ensure that the foyer, pantry, coffee and snack stations is well maintained. Key Responsibilities: Welcome visitors, donors and clients Attend to donors who are making donations Attend to/welcome donors and cancer patients/caregivers seeking support at the Serenity Centre. Prepare daily cash handover Submit cash handover to HQ bi-weekly Attend to phone call queries that comes through Serenity mainline Maintain foyer, pantry, coffee and snack station. Ensure supplies for pantry and restroom are replenished Adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements and attributes: Good communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant demeanour and a people person Meticulous and detail oriented Tech savvy At least a diploma in any field At least 2 years working experience
