Job Description
Overview
The role involves providing administrative and clerical support in order to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This includes tasks such as handling correspondence and supporting daily activities. Candidates must ideally be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, and also capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing full support to the Executive Manager or to the Executive Vice President.
- Handles meetings and appointments.
- Performs other tasks as requested by the Executive Vice President.
- Answering of calls, messages and handling correspondence.
- Handles documentation from managementโs other business ventures.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs Degree of any course.
- At least 1 year work experience in a related job is an advantage.
