Responsibilities

• Executive Driver Personal Assistant to Senior Executive Drive the executive safely to meetings, appointments, events, airport transfers and other destinations
• Provide executive assistant support including scheduling, calendar coordination, reminders and handling basic correspondence when required
• Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to avoid delays
• Maintain the vehicle in clean, serviced, fuelled and roadworthy condition
• Perform daily vehicle checks including tires, oil, brakes and general cleanliness
• Assist with errands, document delivery and other light administrative or personal tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business and personal matters
• Be flexible with working hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and occasional overtime
