CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) is a leading global real asset manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for consolidation and company monthly management reports, budgets and quarterly forecasts, analysis of results and preparation of monthly and annual financial, management and statutory reports
• Liaison with Shared Services Team on daily, monthly closing matters and year end matters
• Liaison with Shared Services Team, Treasury Team and Bank on bank related matters
• Review monthly closing submission (including Cognos submission to Group consolidation)
• Review monthly cashflow submission for Group consolidation
• Review quarterly GST submission prepared by Shared Services Team
• Prepare Forecast and Budget for investment holding companies
• Liaison with Auditors on year end matters and draft financial statements
