Job Description

My client, a well known global business is seeking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a top class EA looking for a fast paced, dynamic role in a busy environment.

This role is hybrid with an excellent salary package and benefits on offer!

Responsibilities

  • Providing executive support.
  • Diary management.
  • Travel management including flights, accommodation, car hire, visa applications.
  • Managing the entire set-up and smooth running of meetings on-site and off-site.
  • Support the timely production and distribution of all reports.
  • Liaising with relevant external advisors and service providers.
  • Support the organisation in their ongoing recruitment processes.
  • Managing invoice processing and expenses from an administrative perspective.
