Position Summary
Planning and preparing for day to day functions and meetings of Function Head’s office with different stakeholders to ensure smooth and seamless functioning of the office keeping in mind optimum utilisation/prioritisatin of Function Head’s timelines.
Job Responsibilties
- DR Calendar.Collating and careful monitoring and
then incorporating in Function Head’s calendar
- Short brief before all meetings
- Arranging internal and external meetings.
- Social events -summary
- Hawk’s eye on his emails for any follow ups
-To act as an interface between Function Head and other
stakeholders and thereby ensuring effective stakeholder management.
