The EU Prime and Marketing team is seeking an exceptionally proactive, customer obsessed and team-oriented Executive Assistant with a history of high performance to support two directors based in the UK/Europe.

This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior leaders inside and outside of the company is important. A good sense of humour is critical, as is the ability to be flexible, and to change direction at a moment’s notice.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly and independently, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and be able to take effective action without having to know the total picture.
