The organization is a lean set up in Singapore with regional presence across India and US. They are looking for a person to handle a mixed scope role and fit well with the organizational culture.

• Majority of the scope would cover office and HR administration work. This includes facilities management and liaising with their HR vendor.
• You'd also work with the Finance person in the company to handle some bookkeeping work.
• Some scope will cover executive assistance to 3 senior management who travels relatively extensively. Mainly on travel and hotel arrangements.
• Due to the companies' presence in India and US, you'd have to be comfortable liaising with these counterparts from a work and communication perspective.
