What You’ll Do

• Own calendars, inboxes, and priorities across time zones
• Execute research and high-impact projects
• Create presentations and executive-ready content
• Coordinate with global stakeholders
• Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized and proactive
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Mac, AI tools)
• Available full-time (40 hrs/week), often U.S. hours
• Fully dedicated to one role

Location & Setup

• Based within 80 km of our Cavite Hub
• Able to report onsite when required
