Job Description
Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be an Executive Assistant for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role will excel at traditional executive assistance such as complex calendar management and travel coordination while also being highly detail-oriented in tracking executive spending, processing receipts, and ensuring smooth reimbursement workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executives calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure smooth daily planning
- Arrange travel bookings including flights, hotels, and transportation using Concur
- Organize team meetings, group lunches, and other internal team activities
- Track business expenses, collect receipts, and process reimbursements on time
- Create and process purchase orders for Marketing, R&D, and Creative departments
