About the Role
You will be the Executive Assistant to the P&C Re Head Business Operations & Enablement (BOE), who is heading our global business operations and enablement teams, based in Bangalore. Whilst you are the sole EA to our Head BOE, you will also be part of an Assistant team reporting to the Assistant Team Leader SID, Market Unit Operations APAC, leveraging the wider assistant team to help backing up mutually on absences and collaborating to leverage each other's expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Provide proactive administrative support to the Head Business Operations & Enablement, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense administration, meeting prioritization, and support for day-to-day leadership activities.
