Position Overview

This is a hybrid role but must be able to commute to Beijing when needed. We are looking for a rockstar Executive Assistant to support our Vice President of Sales Finance, based in Beijing and her global finance team about 60 members. Our idea of a great team includes transparency, kindness, cutting-edge technology, rolling up our sleeves when needed and supporting one another. We are looking for someone who provides administrative support to the high level of leaders in the team by acting as a facilitator and liaison, handling details of a highly confidential and critical nature to internal and external contacts. 

The ideal candidate is very flexible, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks, and is not afraid of making recommendations to create better ways of working.
