Careerlink People Solutions have partnered with an innovative and sought-after Adelaide CBD-based organisation who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. 

The Role

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and confidential, executive support services to the Executive Team, enabling them to advance and achieve organisational initiatives and goals. This requires managing and preparing responses to high level briefings and correspondence, anticipating requirements, ensuring deadlines are met, diary management and coordinating research and complex and sensitive projects that support the work of the Executive and divisional leadership.
