Job Description
Our client in the water treatment industry is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant in Sharjah to support the Managing Director with administrative, secretarial, and reporting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring smooth executive operations and effective communication across departments.
Responsibilities Administrative Support- Manage the Managing Directorβs calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings to ensure effective time management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential documents while ensuring proper documentation and easy retrieval.
