Job Description
Overview
The Executive Assistant coordinates and supports senior leaders as assigned (COO, CMO, CNO, CFO, Sr Directors),for administrative functions, process documenation and process improvement projects. This position provides project management support and handles administrative duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature. Works collaboratively with Dartmouth Health (DH) members and departments to coordinate and organize meetings and events with NLH leaders and staff.
Responsibilities
* Serve as administrative assistant to senior leaders as assigned, utilizing excellent human relations skills in representing the offices to internal and external constituents.
* Manages meeting schedules. Prepares and distributes meeting notices, agendas, and reports. Makes arrangements for special meetings and conferences.
* Support the success of the Senior Leadership Team by preparing agendas, attending meetings, and monitoring follow-up actions.
