We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant & Account Manager to provide direct support to two Directors across two growing Australian businesses.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on organization, accountability, customer relationships, team coordination, and getting things done. You will become a key member of our team, helping manage priorities, customers, projects, staff, and communications across both businesses.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, confident, and capable of keeping multiple moving parts on track. We are looking for a true right-hand person who can help drive accountability, ensure tasks are completed, and keep both Directors focused on their priorities.
