Job Description
Handle daily administrative operations, including correspondence, filing, and document control.
Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, payment vouchers, and basic accounts coordination.
Maintain project records, contracts, variation orders, and handover documents.
Coordinate schedules, site meetings, and follow-ups with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Support management in procurement tracking, cost documentation, and approval workflows.
Assist in tender submissions, compliance documents, and internal SOP implementation.
Ensure proper record-keeping, accuracy, and confidentiality across all company documents.
