Job Description for Executive, Administration and Procurement


The Executive will be part of an Administration and Procurement Group, and execute the following;


Security & Documentation & Administration

  • Coordinate, maintain, and update the records of classified documents, media, laptops, keypresses, staff security clearances in accordance with Security Standard Operating Procedure. Support security audits conducted by external parties. Perform the physical delivery of classified media and documents to various sites.

  • Perform administrative functions including tracking and filing of contracts, maintaining and updating records of assets via software tools.Maintain the functionality of common assets (e.g. printers, scanners, common PC).
