Join our child‑centred company committed to reimagining support for vulnerable young people. You will work with Schools and Local Authorities to plan, deliver and report flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring to pupils and students ranging from KS1‑KS5.

Responsibilities

• CPD and employee mentoring: TES CPD suite and professional mentor access
• SEND Support Team: support to keep a team around you and the child
• Community and Company Events: knowledge sharing and resources
• Referral programme: get rewarded for successful tutor referrals
• Plan, deliver and report lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma‑informed way
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
