Position Summary

Under limited supervision, the Floor/Utility Technician Lead oversees floor care and project operations and daily staff activities at a large commercial or federal facility. Responsibilities include cleaning, stripping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing, and restoring tile, carpet, and other flooring surfaces for assigned areas. The role requires knowledge of floor care practices, equipment, and materials, the ability to work with developmentally disabled and/or physically challenged adults, and a commitment to perform quality work in a safe manner.
