You will be part of the Public Outreach & Events team within the Outreach Team, playing a key role in coordinating administrative and logistical support for the team’s expanding outreach initiatives. You will work closely with vendors and external partners to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of engagement programmes.

• Coordinate and liaise with multiple external vendors to support engagement programmes.
• Maintain and update outreach databases, and track outreach activities and outcomes.
• Develop and manage a repository of photos from outreach events for use in reports and promotional materials.
• Prepare post-event reports to keep Management informed of outreach efforts and results.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing correspondence.
