The role serves as the primary liaison between clients and hotel operations teams, ensuring all event requirements are properly communicated and delivered according to company standards.

This position supports the Events and Sales team in achieving revenue goals through effective event servicing, client relationship management, and identification of upselling opportunities. The Sales Executive (Events) is also responsible for maintaining accurate event documentation, coordinating logistics, monitoring guest satisfaction, and ensuring successful event execution.
