The Events Specialist will take part in a complete events experience as you lead every facet of the programme's journey. You will have sole responsibility for a project, or part responsibility for a larger project, from brief to execution.
Key responsibilities
Scoping the brief, allocating the necessary resources and budget to ensure that all work together
In-charge of planning, organising, and executing all events to engage our new and existing clients
Handle pre and post event logistics (e.g. prepare setting up of event venue, sending out invitation, liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, keeping track of inventory)
Organise the events timeline and make sure that it adheres to our business cycle
Working closely with other units within PSO to better communicate and manage the execution process
