EventMobi is a remote-first company and this is a fully remote position. You may reside anywhere in Canada provided you are able to accommodate Eastern time working hours.

ABOUT YOU

Your events experience goes beyond internal company gatherings. You’ve worked in a professional events environment — a conference, association, agency, or corporate events team — and you think in run‑of‑shows, registration flows, and attendee journeys. You understand the full event lifecycle, from planning and logistics through on‑site execution and post‑event wrap‑up. Extra credit if you’ve worked directly with clients or attendees and know what it takes to deliver a seamless event experience.
