Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end site execution of exhibitions and events.
• Set up and dismantle booth structures, promotional materials, and equipment.
• Ensure professional and consistent brand presentation at all times.
• Brand Representation & Engagement: present company products and services confidently to visitors, engage with potential customers and generate quality leads, address inquiries and coordinate follow‑up with relevant departments or team members.
• Event Logistics & Coordination: liaise with event organizers and vendors regarding space, utilities, and requirements; ensure all materials, brochures, and promotional items are prepared before events; troubleshoot and resolve on‑site issues independently.
