・ディレクター補佐として、チームマネジメントを行う
・海外セールス部門における各種イベント・グループプランニング業務及びコーディネート
・イベント・グループの売上最大化を目的とした担当案件のアップセル
・チームメンバーのシフト管理業務

・Assist the Director in team management.
・Coordinate and coordinate various event and group planning activities in the international sales department.
・Upsell assigned projects in order to maximize event group sales
・Shift management of team members

・チームマネジメント経験がある方
・ホテル業界に於けるイベントプランニング経験3年以上
・インターナショナルMICE案件を担当できる英語力
・収益目標を達成させる為、アップセルの戦略的かつ積極的なアプローチを行う

・Experience in team management
・At least 3 years of event planning experience in the hotel industry
・English proficiency to handle international MICE projects
・Strategic and proactive approach to up-sell to achieve revenue targets
