We are looking for a passionate and well-organized Event Organizer to join our team at Aptech Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing academic and co-curricular events, while also playing a key role in student engagement and orientation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage academic events, seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities
Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, and external vendors for smooth event execution
Ensure all events are conducted professionally and align with institutional standards
Handle event promotions, invitations, and participant coordination
Organize and conduct orientation sessions for new students
Assist management in creating a positive and engaging learning environment
Resolve any issues during events and ensure a smooth experience for participants
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or relevant field
