• Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish
• Develop event concepts, timelines, and detailed project plans
• Source and secure venues, vendors, and suppliers
• Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships and professional networks
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
• Oversee event logistics, including catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation
• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost control
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to drive attendance
• Lead on-site event operations and resolve issues in real time
• Supervise staff, freelancers, and volunteers during events
• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare performance report
