We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute events while also supporting corporate travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, client-focused, and skilled in managing vendors, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously.

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end event planning activities in line with client objectives
• Understand and document client requirements, timelines, and expectations for each event
• Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery
