The Event Coordinator meets with clients to identify particular needs to ensure successful event execution and develops coordination sheets to operations and engineering. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Discuss and confirm with the client, either in person or on the phone, regarding all aspects of a particular contracted event, Produces an event coordination sheet that details event requirements, no later than three weeks prior to the scheduled event.
