Amentum is seeking a seasoned, professional Event Coordinator with planning and administrative experience supporting Government and/or Department of War events and engagements. The Event Coordinator will coordinate all phases of event planning and execution, including agenda development, stakeholder engagement, compliance with government processes, and post-event reporting. This position will directly report to Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Science and Technology Office (J85) and support the Information Operations Office (J39) at Camp Smith, Hawaii, in planning and execution of two strategic, international conferences annually.
