Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Services

• Conduct intake assessments and establish clinical formulations for adolescents.

• Provide individual therapy tailored to the developmental needs of teens.

• Facilitate family therapy to improve communication and relationships.

• Offer group therapy when appropriate (skill-building, social support groups).

• Develop and update treatment plans with measurable goals and timeframes.

• Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT)

  • Motivational Interviewing
