Define RN architecture (TypeScript, React Navigation, state management—Redux/Zustand/Recoil, module boundaries).
Establish native bridges and lead integrations with platform-specific modules (Swift/Kotlin) when required.
Drive app performance (startup, TTI, memory, JS/bridge profiling, Hermes), reliability, and accessibility.
Set security baselines (secure storage, cert pinning, anti-tamper, secrets management) with platform leads.
Build CI/CD (Metro/Gradle/Xcode, Fastlane, Azure DevOps/Jenkins), code-push/OTA strategies, and release governance.
