GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Ethics and Compliance Specialist will support the Ethics and Compliance Department in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's Ethics and Compliance Program. This role is designed for a junior professional who will work closely with senior team members to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best‐practice standards across all geographies in which the company is present.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Ethics and Compliance Programs across business units and projects
• Support the development, update, and documentation of compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Participate in risk assessment activities, including monitoring mitigation measures and control effectiveness and design and implementation of risk mitigation measures aligned with the company's Ethics & Compliance Program.
