+ Develop and implement Ethical Sales strategy to achieve ANI Chinese Mainland and Hongkong business targets
+ Lead sales team accross regions and affiliates to achieve or exceed sales and growth target, increase hospital listing and patient share
+ Provide leadership and set strategic direction for new products & business opportunities
+ Enhance upstream-downstream business through HCP education and seamless cooperation with cross-function teams
+ Prepare sales forecast and conduct regular business reviews with Regional teams to identify improvement action plans
