**Duties & Responsibilities**

Under limited supervision, ETF Operations Associates are responsible for all functions related to the daily monitoring of ETF activities subsequent to the production of the net asset value for multiple ETFs. ETF Operation Associates are responsible for ensuring that the accounting, pricing, review and reconciliation have been performed for the ETFs and that basket process has successfully been submitted to the NSCC each night. ETF Operation Associates also manage the order entry portal for ETFs, monitors activity, and is the primary liaison for market participant inquiries.

+ Primary contact for ETF clients and ETF ecosystem
+ Develop/maintain strong working relationship(s) with advisors, authorized participants (APs), portfolio managers, exchanges, distributors, and custodians
