Join us on this mission by being a part of our rapidly growing ETF team in Dublin!What you will do: In this role you will:• Oversee daily ETF operation processes including trade matching, settlements, cash reconciliations, contract note release, and NAV valuation.• Be responsible for the day-to-day operational relationship with our ETF clients, including acting as an escalation point for any issues relating to portal access, settlements and valuations. • Provide support as necessary on daily activities such as contract notes, settlements, queries and client escalations within the ETF Operations team, ensuring that all tasks are processed in accordance with agreed procedures and controls and in accordance with relevant fund parameters.• Provide input into planning and controlling the ETF Operations workload and workflow, review team’s o...
