Operations Specialist Internship (Logistic area) – Madrid

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the PO register and process follow up.
• Responsible for customer consultation and dispute resolution.
• Process management, e.g., rebate, credit, special price, product, etc.
• Cooperate with other departments to optimize internal processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Other events requested by manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field .
• Ability to formalize an internship agreement with the university.
• Must hold a valid work permit in Spain (residency or visa).
• Advanced level of English (minimum B2–C1) is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus, preferably in an English environment.
