Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Estimator to support a federal construction subcontractor delivering complex infrastructure and security-focused projects. This individual will play a key role in preconstruction, producing accurate and well-documented estimates, collaborating with project teams, and supporting design-build pursuits from early concept through execution.
ββ’ Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
ββ’ Proven experience with quantity takeoffs, pricing, and estimate development
ββ’ Experience soliciting, leveling, and evaluating subcontractor and vendor bids
ββ’ Develop detailed conceptual through GMP estimates based on plans, specs, and bid documents
ββ’ Perform material and labor takeoffs and assemble complete estimate packages
