Job Description
Position Title: Estimator

Position Reports To: Vice President, Central Estimating


Position Summary

Estimators are responsible for all aspects of bidding a project including labor, time and materials requirements to determine overall cost of projects. This role is responsible for increasing profitability through comprehensive cost estimating.


Essential Functions
+ Interprets and analyzes contract documents regarding terms, specifications, clarifications, and requirements for each project and prepare estimates and bid proposals.
+ Estimates majority of the work applicable to the respective region or business line, including, target projects and owners list, and managing bid flow.
+ Reads and interprets sophisticated specs and drawings. Uses formulas and makes calculations.
+ Other duties as assigned.



Education & Experience
+ 5+ years of industrial services experience preferred
