The Estimator reviews construction floor plans and specifications to prepare accurate material bids for contractors. This role enters project information into internal systems to generate detailed quotes, and once bids are awarded, coordinates the flow of materials by preparing purchase orders and packing slips. The Estimator works closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure each project runs smoothly, while adapting to a high volume of custom and changing work. This position offers a clear growth path into project management and future divisional leadership.
