Must be able to work collaboratively with multiple departments in obtaining the data necessary to develop a cost estimate or proposal.

Have a solid understanding of business risks and be able to recommend ways to mitigate those risks.

Identifies and resolves ambiguities or inconsistencies in specifications or bid packages that could affect cost prior to contract finalization.

Be able to present a cost estimate and proposal to senior management.

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge and experience in quantity and cost estimation
• Technical and production knowledge in ships
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in shipyard environment
