We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented MEP Estimator with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our tender & estimation team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess deep technical knowledge of Electromechanical works and a proven track record within the UAE construction market.

You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for large‑scale residential, commercial and mixed‑use towers ensuring compliance with local utility authority regulations (e.g. DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, FEWA) and the specific consultant specifications.

• Review tender documents (BOQ Drawings Specifications) and identify scope gaps, risks and ambiguities.
• Prepare an accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for all MEP disciplines: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and BMS etc.
