Role Overview

The Estimator supports project acquisition and successful delivery by preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates with a strong focus on architectural sheet metal and heritage restoration projects. This role involves reviewing drawings, specifications, and existing site conditions—often on historically significant buildings—to determine labour, material, and equipment requirements specific to traditional materials and specialized installation methods. The Estimator must understand the complexities of working with copper, lead, zinc, and other heritage materials, along with the constraints of restoration work where access, preservation standards, and unknown conditions play a critical role.
