A well-established mechanical services organization is building on strong momentum across commercial HVAC projects and is looking for an Estimator HVAC who can help shape winning pursuits from early review through final bid. This is a high impact role for someone who enjoys translating plans into strategy, partnering with operations and field teams, and helping deliver profitable work in a fast-moving environment. What You Will Do

• Prepare detailed cost proposals for commercial HVAC and mechanical construction opportunities, aligning labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing with project scope.
