Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in construction management or construction related experience

5 years experience estimating commercial projects ranging from $100K to $10M

Ability to establish and build customer relationships

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong ability to read & interpret blueprints and specifications

Experience with computer takeoff & estimating software such as PlanSwift, RedTeam, Pantera an...
