- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
- Submit 100% of bids and budgets by the bid deadline, no exceptions
- Follow up on estimates
- Provide pricing for change orders on awarded projects
- Make site visits on specific projects
- Submit bids daily
- Keep track of estimating on all submitted projects
- Assist with phone coverage when needed
- Show creativity and resourcefulness to gain better pricing from vendors
- Must be a team player
- Must have basic computer skills
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Knowledge of aluminum glazing systems and their applications
- Strong geometry and math skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
