Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations
- Collaborate with Procurement and Technical teams for accurate material and subcontractor pricing
- Identify risks and propose value engineering options
- Support the preparation of commercial and technical proposals
- Maintain historical data of pricing and suppliers for benchmarking
- Attend site visits or tender clarification meetings when required
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of estimation experience in the UAE construction industry
- Familiar with residential, commercial, and governmental building projects
- Proficient in estimation tools like Candy, CCS, Excel, or similar software
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
