**What You Will Be Doing**
• This position will lead the Air Mobility and Maritime Missions (AMMM) Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) Estimating & Pricing team. Your team will provide Estimating & Pricing support from pre-RFP activities through proposal negotiations. You will prioritize team workload; assist team members in data analysis and error correction; review estimates to ensure compliance with established procedures required for proposal adequacy; ensure proper training and development of Estimating personnel; lead interface with C-130 Program personnel and leaders.
• Provide training and mentoring to all levels of estimators and pricing analysts to ensure organizational capabilities are met and individual growth is accomplished. Developing relationships is critical to the success of this role, so you are committed to excellence and detailed oriented.
